A Little Place Called Aspen – Winter X Games Contest
In 1994, Harry and Lloyd made an epic journey to “a little place called Aspen.” In 2011, OtterBox followed suit, kicking off the year and the Down+Dirty tour with an inaugural visit to Aspen and the Winter X Games. After four fantastic days and visits from thousands of our closest friends, we couldn’t wait to create another epic journey to Aspen in 2012. It’s almost time!
Winter X Games 15 saw numerous records: attendance broke 114,000, 15-year-old Torin Yater-Wallace became the youngest to ever reach the podium in Winter X Games history and Kelly Clark became the first woman to land a 1080 in the Snowboard SuperPipe competition, just to name a few.
This year, Shaun White looks to take home his fifth straight Snowboard SuperPipe gold, while Lindsey Jacobellis looks to do the same in Snowboarder X. With any luck, we’ll get up close to the action again and have some great stories to share.
From Jan. 26-29, we’re making our Winter X Games presence well known and easy to find with a larger booth space, more staff on hand to answer your questions and giveaways galore. We’ll have a 3D photo area for our guests, who can then upload the photos to their social networks and share with family and friends. We will be posting our favorite photos to our Flickr feed. Be sure to stop by and find out more!
But wait! There’s more! We have a special treat for those of you that follow @OtterBox on Twitter. Our followers will have the chance to win a brand new iPhone 4S for Sprint! All you have to do is post “RT @OtterBox Want to win an iPhone 4S from Sprint & a case of choice?
