An iPad mini? Is it true?
According to sources, Apple’s alleged iPad Mini could see the light of day before the end of September. In a report covered by MacRumors, KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo said he expects the new iPhone to debut near the beginning of September. The iPad Mini will then follow closely as a second act. Assuming an iPad Mini does peek it’s head out of Apple’s labs, the analyst is expecting a very high demand.
Some are saying that Apple’s rumored iPad Mini will have a 7.85-inch screen and will look more like an iPhone than what you would expect from an iPad. 9to5 Mac says that they have received numerous tips from reliable sources stating that the iPad Mini “will look like a big iPod touch with smaller bezels along the sides in portrait mode, separate volume buttons (not a ‘rocker’) and a mic on the back.” The 7″ tablet is in high demand as more and more smaller tablets make their presence known. This device would be a great answer to the Kindle Fire, the Google Nexus 7 and the Samsung Galaxy Note; and that’s what fans are waiting for.
