Some people love Valentine’s Day for the romantic indulgences it implies. Others despise the day and do everything they can to shun the romance. Whichever way you like to acknowledge the day, there are lots of awesome eats out there to indulge in — bitter and sweet.

In 1994, Harry and Lloyd made an epic journey to “a little place called Aspen.” In 2011, OtterBox followed suit, kicking off the year and the Down+Dirty tour with an inaugural visit to Aspen and the Winter X Games. Resolutions generally kick off the New Year for many of us. I’m tasked with finding a healthy recipe to start the New Year off right. But, I’m stuck because it seems like one recipe is a little limiting for starting a New Year with new goals and inspiration.
