SXSW: Keeping Austin Weird

Read Article

As I’m writing this, it is my third day at SXSW Interactive. I have had a great time so far, meeting new friends, attending amazing tech sessions and experiencing the weirdness that Austin, Texas has to offer. In my short time here, I have seen a man walking his pet goats down 6th Street, a man dressed as the Grinch soliciting hugs, a woman pushing a tricked-out shopping cart and a fist fight between a donkey and an elephant (don’t ask).
In addition to participating in the Interactive and learning portion of the event, OtterBox
will be showcasing our awesome cases, including the Defender Series for the new iPad.
Our booth definitely stands out among the rest with a giant circular sign hanging from
the ceiling and beautiful artwork that was put together by our fabulous creative team. Lot’s of blood, sweat and tears went into our event space (literally) and we are excited to show it off today!
We will feature our protective cases and a fantastic contest which will give one
lucky winner the opportunity to choose one of three amazing prizes including a brand
new Apple Macbook Pro!  If you happen to be at the event, make sure to stop by and say hi! We are in hall 4, aisle 700!
