Partial to Dutch Oven cooking, I dug up this great recipe for dessert: Dutch Oven Fruit Cobbler. This is from the cookbook “American West Dutch Oven Cooking” that my husband picked up for me on our drive of the Alaska-Canadian Highway.
Ingredients
- 14 inch Dutch oven
- 18 to 20 top coals
- 11 bottom
