I had an issue with my warranty my OtterBox. I am a low-tech person. I could not figure out how to do it from the OtterBox.com site. So I called. I called twice for help. Franklin Roth was the first one that helped me tremendously. He was patient and nice. I asked him to send me this link so I could say how great he was. Then I had to call back a second time to learn how to upload my pictures and Sandra Stevens helped me then. She again was nice friendly, patient and walked me through the steps as well. You have two great employees and they need to be acknowledged and appreciated!
