Well, my OtterBox Commuter Series got a crack so I hopped on your website and explained what happened, sent the photos that were requested and fully expected that I’d receive the answer that you really do need the original receipt. Problem was, I couldn’t (at that point) find the receipt. One day later along comes my e-mail stating that the replacement product is on it’s way. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!!!!
