I had received 3 broken iPad Mini cases since may 31, 2013. (2) from Amazon.com and (1) directly from Otterbox on 6/18/ a different color case was decided on and was given an expedited shipping. Well something happened with my new order and instead of being shipped w/I 72 hrs. It took over 4 days to leave the warehouse. I got very upset with all the we’re sorry’s and we’ll get it taken care of right away’s that I wrote a not so nice blog about my Customer Service experience. I was blown away yesterday, a Sunday afternoon when my new case was hand delivered to me by someone from OtterBox. I take back all that I had said in the previous blog you guys and gals are Otteriffic!!! Thank you for my new( not broken) case. It’s great !!!!!
