My husband and I had both purchased an OtterBox for our iPhone’s. Mine did not hold up so well and it was at the end of the warranty period that I finally found out what to do and where to send the info. (Verizon only gave me your website.) We are not computer savvy but finally got the pictures submitted and to my surprise, a new OtterBox was sent to me. I just wanted to thank the company for standing behind their product – it is very much appreciated, especially these days.
