I purchased my Samsung Galaxy III at Walmart on 01/01/2013 along with the OtterBox Defender Series Case. The rubber slip never seemed to fit just right, and recently two of the plastic clips on my hard case broke. I went to the OtterBox website, followed the easy warranty instructions, submitted my claim, and was notified within 24 hours that my claim had been approved. Included were delivery instructions with a Fed Ex tracking number. This is probably one of maybe three warranty claims that I have ever submitted to any company. I must say that the warranty information was simple, and that my issue was quickly resolved. In less than a week from making my claim, my new OtterBox case was at my front door.
