Where’s your Aspen?
Just back from Aspen, Colorado for my first ever Winter X Games and I am already infatuated with the atmosphere and the attendees. It was a blast to be able to find our sponsor tent right at the bottom of the Superpipe and it has been unbelievable to share Buttermilk Mountain with all of the outstanding X Fest Sponsors.
Throughout the weekend we were able to talk to over 1,700 Otter loyalists and new friends. It has been an incredible experience to catch up with customers from around the globe, and so whether you are from Sweden, Australia or Brazil, everyone spells smartphone protection the same way: OtterBox.
I spent my Thursday and Sunday nights watching men’s snowboard superpipe in awe. It is an adrenaline addiction to watch these athletes fly 20ft in the air and look as if this is just part of their day job. I personally can’t help but be a fan of the flying tomato, otherwise known as Shaun White. His talent just seems to come effortlessly and his outgoing demeanor is one with which it is easy to fall in love. He just always leaves you guessing….what will he do next?
My fellow Otters and I have really enjoyed balancing work and fun, although sometimes hard to tell which is what. We’ve enjoyed our stay and have introduced Winter X Games 15 to the extreme protection that OtterBox provides for all things technology.
Did you get down and dirty with OtterBox in Aspen? Share your favorite X Games memory or OtterBox testimonial on our new Flickr channel, we are giving prizes for best pics. You’ll find more footage from our stay on Buttermilk Mountain on our Facebook album, and may even find a friend on our “Otter Spotter” testimonials.
Next stop, Summer X Games?! Hope we get to see you there.

What are those “press kits” you handed out in the swag bag on “ladies day” Sunday??
I can’t figure it out….
